Acceptance of terms and conditions

By using the site and making a purchase you are bound and agree to the terms set out here. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use the site, or purchase from it.

Site Access

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the services we provide through this site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason any of the services are unavailable at any time or for any period.

Pricing policy

Product prices will be as displayed on the website at the time your order is confirmed subject to any technical error for which we cannot be held liable.

The price of each product does not include package and posting. This will be charged according to the amount shown on our website.

Pay Pal secure payments

We accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information. These will be processed securely and only in GBP sterling. We do not store credit card details. We do not accept payments in other currencies.

Purchasing Agreement

We will send confirmation of your order by email to the email address you have provided us with. At this time the contract to purchase is made and we will supply the same in accordance with these terms and conditions.

Delivery

We only deliver within the United Kingdom and Must Chup sauce is subject to availability. You will not be charged for any incorrect goods or goods not delivered or incorrectly delivered and the cost of delivery.

It is your responsibility that you ensure an appropriate person is available to receive and sign for the delivery on the day the goods arrive to the delivery address.

Delivery will reach you within 3-5 days of your receipt of order via courier or carrier. We will not be held responsible should delivery times exceed the above time as a result of circumstances beyond our control.

Warranty and Liability

You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction within 3-5 days.

The maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in the order.

Privacy Policy and Data

Personal information is collected to send your orders, respond to any queries and to send occasional emails informing you of new products or offers.

We collect information on your orders including your contact details so we can fulfil orders and answer any queries. This includes personal data, such as name, email address, mailing address, contact number and personal account preferences; transactional data, such as purchase information. This information is shared with our shipping company, Simply Thank You, to ensure you receive your orders.

We also use Google Analytics to monitor visits to our website to better serve our customers.

We retain customer purchase information for 10 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.

Information is held securely.

For users who register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Must Chup Ltd will not disclose any of your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Intellectual property rights

We own, all right, title and interest in and to the Service, including all rights under patent, copyright, trade secret or trademark law, and any and all other proprietary rights, including all applications, renewals, extensions and restorations thereof. You will not modify, adapt, translate, prepare derivative works from, decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the App or any other part of the Service. You must not extract or otherwise use any of the content on the site and/or service for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so.

Site Abuse

You must not misuse our site or any part of the service by introducing viruses or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1998. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.
